User Guide

How to use

  1. View products:
    • Browse our products to find the one you are interested in. You can search by category, keyword search, etc.
  2. Check product details:

    • On the product detail page, if you want to purchase a product, select the ” SIZE ” and click the ” Add to Cart ” button. The selected product will be added to your cart.
  4. Check your cart:
    • Click on the ” Cart ” icon at the top of the website or in the sidebar to view your cart, where you can see the items you’ve added, change quantities, or remove items.
  5. Proceed to checkout:
    • Please confirm the contents of your cart and click the ” Proceed to checkout ” button.
  6. Enter your shipping information:
    • Please enter the necessary information for your order (such as your name, shipping address, contact information, desired delivery date and time, etc.).
  7. Choose your payment method:
    • Choose from the available payment methods (Credit Card, Cash on Delivery, PayPay, etc.) and enter your payment details.

  10. Receiving your goods:

About order cancellation

We only accept returns or exchanges of products if the product you receive is defective or different from the product you ordered .
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience (the product is different from what you expected, the size does not fit, etc.).
